Clive Fletcher has written a novel ("So near to apocalypse"), based on actual historical events, about the weeks before the Cuba crisis 1962 when a British Intelligence managed Russian agent in the Kremlin used clandestine radio to feed back vital info to a Royal Signals/Int Corps team. The novel concludes with revealing the plot and players involved in the assassination of president Kennedy.
