The ACU Chairmans Welcome Note

I welcome you to the website and forum of the Army Cycling Union (ACU).  As one of the Service's sports clubs, we provide opportunities for participation, training and competition for all cyclists regardless of ability from beginner to elite performance level for all forms of cycling including triathlon. 

The ACU is the umbrella organisation for recreational and utility cycling too. All levels and types of riders are welcome to join us. We regularly organise rides, which allow beginners to improve their fitness and to discover the joys of cycling at home and abroad. All of our successful (in terms of competition) riders started as beginners; so why not you?

Please feel free to contribute to our forum on ArmyNET and we look forward to you joining the ACU.  We have a busy forum, which I recognise can appear quite daunting to the new member.  Take the plunge and post a message; someone will get back to you to welcome you to the ACU and help you get the most from your cycling.
