The TIWSC is managed by the Royal Artillery Yacht Club (RAYC) and is looked after by members of the Royal Artillery who are qualified Royal Yacht Association (RYA) Instructors. A civilian ASA Windsurfing Instructor is also based here.
The Centre runs RYA Windsurfing, Dingy Sailing and Powerboat Courses which are open to all Regular, TA and UOTC Officers and soldiers. Kitesurfing is now also available. Family membership is also available.
The Centre can tailor courses to meet individual units' requirements.

| The club house, with views over Chichester Harbour, has a bar, lounge with TV & video. Accommodation for up to 16 students, male and female, with showers and changing room facilities. There are B-B-Q facilities which cen be booked with the bar for separate functions. | Courses at TIWSC are open to members of the Armed Forces, Reservists and MOD Civilians. The Centre can also provide adventure training packages and activity days. All courses are run under the umbrella of the RYA whose qualifications are recognised globally. An overview of course content and intent can be found for the relevant discipline at the sidebar. An application form to print and post (or email) can be found at the same location as the course content. |
